Join the Meetup group here to get weekly invites to our classes.
We are dedicated to providing secular meditation classes that are accessible for all. Our weekly classes offer a chance to slow down, unplug, and wake up with a kind and down-to-earth community of meditators. Our classes are great for beginners, but also perfect for those seeking to deepen their practice.
Our classes are based in mindfulness (also known as Insight or Vipassana) techniques but we also delve into non-dual/Advaita teachings and Loving-Kindness practice. We do not believe that there is “one right way” to meditate. Each class allows space for personal attention for students.
A typical class includes a instruction, guided meditation, a short talk, and a group discussion. All classes are 90 minutes long. We have lots of cushions, blanket, and chairs available for your use. You can also feel free to bring you own sitting gear if you have it. You can also feel free to bring a friend. All are welcome!
Our weekly classes are donation based. Our suggested donation is $10. If you can give more, give more. If you need to give less, give less. Proceeds go to rent, expenses, and the teachers. Cash, check, debit, or credit is accepted.
If you have any questions please feel free to contact Jessica here.
